  • Two ICTC centres being run, one at RBM District Hospital, Bharatpur, and another at CHC, Kaman, Bharatpur
  • PPTCT being run at Women’s Hospital, Bharatpur
  • Training organised for different segments of population on HIV/AIDS, RTI, STI, gender, etc.
  • Blood samples of 131 commercial sex workers taken and examined
  • World AIDS Day celebrated regularly every year
  • Network of People Living with HIV and AIDS registered at Bharatpur

Gender Based Violence

  • Family Counselling Centre being run at RBM Hospital, Bharatpur
  • Most of the cases solved through counselling, rest handed over to police and court for solution
  • Orientation workshops organised for different actors of civil society, particularly those in health sector

Livelihood Issues

  • Women SHGs formed in five villages and imparted training
  • Vocational training for SHGs underway in two block areas

Child Labour

  • Child labour survey done in three villages
  • Special workshops organised for parents of child labour

Community Education

  • Five community education centres set up in as many villages
  • Reference material purchased with financial contribution from community

Environment and Sanitation

  • Total Sanitation Campaign in progress in 23 Gram Panchayats
  • Organisation has been selected as nodal agency for training
